KSSB is highly committed to the Total Quality Management in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Stringent Quality tests, such as visual air pump test, tensile strength test, elongation tests, protein and powder tests and water tight test are fully implemented in order to ensure the gloves manufactured are at the highest quality. Apart from that, in-house stringent pre-shipment inspections are carried out on all shipments before deliveries.

The Total Quality Management is implemented in all aspects from the receipt of raw materials through the manufacturing processes, equipments, premises, laboratory tests right down to documentations.

To cater for the ever changing challenges and demands of the market; KSSB also believes working closely with the customers in developing new products and collaborating with the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia in terms of Research and Development.
